How do I log in to e-commerce?

Can I make the shopping process easier?

 
Yes, there are several good ways to make the shopping process easier.
 

Create shopping list

You can create one or more shopping lists that are stored in your account. You can easily click on these and add the shopping lists to the shopping cart. For example, you can create shopping lists with items you buy often to make sure that you do not forget something important. You can easily add an item to the shopping list by clicking the shopping list symbol on the specific item. By clicking on your shopping lists, you can change and delete according to your own wishes.
 

Sorting

You can always sort by categories, manufacturers, and transit items on the left in the online store. This way, you can more easily find the item you are looking for.
 

Search

At the top of the online store, you will find a search function. Use the search function to search for items and add them directly to the shopping cart. You can also display all hits within your search.
 

Minicart

As you put items in your digital shopping cart, you will see them on the right in what we call the "minicart". Here you can at any time see what you have added to the shopping cart and delete any unwanted items.

 

How do I switch between my different customer accounts? 

If you have several customer accounts, you can change the account without logging out of the online store. This means that you can start an order for provisions, pantry and relax / kiosk at the same time. You can change the account in the upper left corner where you will find a button labelled "Change accounts". 
 
 

How do I find which allergens an item contains?

 
By clicking on the item name, you get a description of the item and which allergens it contains. 
 
 

How do I know if an item is duty free and how do I find all the customs items you have available?

 
Customs goods are marked with a blue "T" behind the item name. On the left side of the online store, there is also a separate filter called "Transit", which you can use to sort by transit goods.
 
 

I have ordered the wrong number of items; how do I change it?

When you click on "View shopping cart", you can easily change the number of items per item line. To do this, press the up or down arrow in the number box or enter the number you want. If you want to remove the item, you can press the cross on the far right of the item line. If the order has been sent through, you cannot change anything directly in the online store, then you must contact the relevant department from which you order.
 
 

How do I submit my order?

When you have finished putting things in the minicart, press "Look through your shopping cart" in the bottom right corner of the minicart. This will take you to the shopping cart where you can review the order, add comments per item, change the number, delete item(s), and add one or more items in free text. When everything is ready, press the "Go to checkout" button. This is the last step before the order is sent through. Here you can enter information about the delivery. Then press the "Confirm order" button and the order will be sent through to the department from which you will receive the delivery.  
 
 

What happens after I submit my order?

After your order has been submitted, you will receive a system-issued order confirmation. Once the order processor has reviewed your order, we will send you an email with an updated order confirmation. You can then agree in more detail on the logistics regarding your delivery.
 
 

I have chosen the wrong department for my order; how do I change it?

In the upper right corner of the online store, you can change the department by clicking the button «Change department». You can also change department at the check-out.. 
 
 

How do I hide / find the minicart?

A small blue box on top of the minicart allows you to hide and retrieve the minicart.
 
 

What is SafeSeaNetno. (SSNnr.)?

In order for us to be able to deliver duty-free goods to you, you must register in the SafeSeaNet portal. There is a separate tab called "Customs" and an SSN no. is generated when you have entered the required information. See separate rules on the Customs' pages: Tollvesenet

Customs Checklist when ordering transit goods:

  • • Is the ship cleared in SafeSeaNet?
  • • Are Ship’s Stores updated in SafeSeaNet?
  • • Has the crew number been updated in SafeSeaNet?
  • • Does the application contain information about the number of crew members and the length of the trip?
  • • Is the application within the permitted quota? (25 grams of tobacco (1 gram corresponds to one cigarette) per day per crew member, 1 litre of alcohol per week per crew member, 2 litres of alcoholic beverages between 4.7 and 22 volume percent per week per crew member. Separate rules apply to ferries, naval vessels and Norwegian fishing and catching vessels.)
