What personal information do we collect, and why do we do it

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are added to your web browser when you visit a website.

The purpose is both to make the user experience better for you by the website remembering your settings, which pages you have visited, login and any usernames and other information that you have entered and want the website to remember so that you do not have to enter this information every time you visit the website.

We do not use cookies to see which websites you visit after you have been on our website. We also do not store information that allows us to identify you as a person.

It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services, such as receiving newsletters or filling out and submitting forms.

If you visit this website, we still collect de-identified information about the visit through the Google Analytics tool. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the website. Examples of what the statistics provide answers to include how many people visit different pages on the website, how long do the visits last, which websites do the users come from, and which web browsers are used.

The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. By de-identified we mean that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is de-identified so that only the first three groups in the address are used to generate statistics. That is, if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx will be collected. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at an aggregate level, i.e., all data is merged into one group and not processed individually.

Examples of cookies used for Google Analytics are:

_ga: Will be deleted automatically after 2 years. Used to separate users.

_gid: Will be deleted automatically after 24 hours. Used to separate users.

_gat: Deletes automatically after 1 minute. Used to distribute traffic / queries. When Google Analytics is deployed through Google Tag Manager, this information is called _dc_gtm_ <property_id>.
